Mercy Flights is accepting applications for a Full-Time Executive Assistant.
Established in 1949, Mercy Flights is a not-for-profit company that was the first civil air ambulance service in the United States. Our focus is on serving our community by providing quality clinical service, at a reasonable cost for 911 ambulance, helicopter and fixed wing transport. Position Information:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, COO and CFO with multifaceted receptionist and clerical tasks.
Hours: 40 hrs./wk. (non-exempt), Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm;
Starting Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. (DOE);
Benefits: Company paid employee medical, dental & vision coverage, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k; earned time off (ETO).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides the executives with support including managing schedules, preparing and maintaining business correspondence, Executive Board meeting minutes, documents, spreadsheets and presentations, data entry, photocopying, filling, faxing, emailing, answering phone calls and taking messages;
May provide support to other areas of the program including social media, accounting and others as needed.

Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred;
Two (2) years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant;
Requires computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), accounting computer application systems and working knowledge of internet and web based applications;
Requires ability to operate a range of office equipment including phones, copiers, fax machines, computers, audio/visual support equipment, etc.;
Provide high quality customer service;
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be well-organized, professional, reliable and must be able to think and work independently;
Experience with social media platforms preferred.
