The Mercy Flights Administrative Team is available to assist patients, members, partners, and community members Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding most recognized holidays.
While our administrative offices are not open to the general public for walk-in visits, our team is available during regular business hours by phone, email, and scheduled appointment.
